My sister highly recommended this broker, so I sent an email through Safeco to be contacted for a quote. I didn’t expect to be contacted until the next day. Mike called me in 15 minutes. I provided all my info for a quote, he called back in 20 minutes. This was all after 5 pm and I had insurance cards in my email the next day. Mike made the process of switching car insurance seamless and hassle free. I can’t thank him enough for making what I thought would be a nightmare the complete opposite. If you are looking to be treated well , great service and people who are knowledgeable then contact these folks. They are awesome.
I work at a broker’s office and coming from someone who gives service, these people are great. very helpful, and they have great prices. I call every year and they double check to make sure im getting the lowest rates…if I ever have questions I can always get a human on the phone to deal with (a pleasant one at that!)…I would highly recommend.
Mike is a great guy and his staff is pleasant and helpful. If your looking for low rates he’s the one to call. I would disregard some of these really old reviews and give him a try, I recommend him to everyone that is looking. They do get busy at times, but what can you do.
